Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Chocolate Chip Brownie Cookies

Did your kids get a lot of Reese' Peanut Butter Cups for Halloween?
Do you need a delicious recipe idea to use up that extra Halloween candy?
Here is a decadent dessert that is a crowd pleaser!
Reese's are my favorite Halloween candy...my kids know that I will raid their stash after Trick or Treating :)
The past few years they have picked Reeses Peanut Butter Cups when trick or treating and this year they gave me a HUGE stash of them. I didn't want to eat all of them, so thought I would make a dessert out of them. This dessert is inspired by one of Kevin's co workers. She made something similar a few months ago & I knew I had to recreate it!
Here is what you need:
 - 2 packages of 12 count pre made chocolate chip cookie dough (the big cookies)
- Your favorite brownie mix
- 18 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups

Directions:
Spray Cupcake Sheets with cooking spray:
Press the pre-made cookie dough into the cupcake tins
Make sure you press the dough into the tin so the bottom is covered.
This recipe makes 18 cookies, so you will have 6 leftover pre made cookie doughs, so you can cook those separately or eat them ;)
While you are pressing the cookie dough into the cupcake tin, have one of your kids unwrap the Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and put them UPSIDE down on top of the dough.
You want the larger side facing down, so that they don't sink.
Next, it's time to make the brownie mix. Make it according to package directions.
Luke loves helping me bake :)
Once your brownie mix is ready, get a cookie scoop & use that to drop the brownie mix onto the Reese's. THIS is the cookie scoop I have.
Luke insisted on helping with this also :)
Bake at 375 for 18 minutes (or until toothpick comes out clean)
Once they are done baking, let them cook for 15-20 minutes.

Once they have cooled, use a butter knife around the edges to pop them out of the muffin tins.
Look at these amazing layers of goodness!
 What's not to like?
Say in your best Joey Tribbiani voice...
Chocolate Chip Cookies...good.
Reese's Peanut Butter Cups....good.
Brownies....good.
These are so decadent & delicious!
If you want to be really over the top with this dessert, add a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream.
You won't regret it!

You can also freeze these Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Chocolate Chip Brownie Cookies in ziplock bags...the batch makes 18 so I like to freeze some and take them out when I want a treat!

Hope you love these as much as we do!
Enjoy!
